Chocolate Forum

Chocolate Forum
With Slow Food Nation in town for Labor Day weekend, we decided to take advantage of the arrival of some great guests to conduct our very own Chocolate Forum. Featuring guests who are involved in all aspects of the chocolate industry, this is your chance to participate in a discussion about the changing chocolate industry and what role various people play in our rapidly changing industry. We'll also have samples of chocolate from artisanal chocolate makers available, so be prepared to try some chocolates and have your questions answered by our panel of chocolate experts.

Guest include:
- Art Pollard, Amano Chocolate
- Seneca Klassen, Bittersweet Chocolate Cafe
- Emily Stone, Chocolate in Context
- Alan McClure, Patric Chocolate
- Alex Whitmore, Taza Chocolates
and of course, Chuck Siegel, Charles Chocolates

Cost: FREE
Dates: Thursday, August 28th, 6-9pm.
Location: Charles Chocolates Chocolate Bar
6529 Hollis St.
Emeryville, CA 94608
Tickets: Please RSVP to guarantee admission at www.brownpapertickets.com/event/40514
