In honor of the California Primary Elections on March 5, Third Thursdays is dedicating its March event to an examination of political participation in the Asian American community. How is political participation in the Asian American community characterized? How are Asian Americans shaping the political system individually and as an ethno-political group? How is Asian American politics influenced by the political participation of other ethnic groups? What other factors influence and/or motivate political participation within the Asian American community and why?
Join us for an engaging discussion on political participation with panelists who have been involved at varying levels of political participation within the Asian American community.
