Speed dating is a match-making phenomenon that has grown in popularity over the past few years and has been taking place in Asian American communities in Los Angeles, Houston, Chicago, New York, and the San Francisco Bay Area. This month’s Third Thursdays will ask “Is speed dating an effective way to meet singles or simply an alternative to being set up on blind dates and online dating?”
Come to February’s Third Thursday panel discussion, Speed Dating in the Asian American Community and hear experts and past speed dating participants illuminate the cultural, social, societal, business, and research issues surrounding this innovative matchmaking phenomenon!
