Third Thursdays

Our great event host the Japanese Cultural and Community Center of Northern California (JCCCNC) is organizing the ASIAN AMERICANS ON BROADWAY: OPENING DOORS concert, so we’re venturing outside of Japantown to see a great show. The show features Broadway’s biggest hits over the years with personal anecdotes from the performers on how these songs have influenced or inspired them on their path to success in theater. For more details about the show, see Asian Americans on Broadway: Opening Doors. We’ve arranged for group tickets, so your ticket price is $25, a discount of $5.

We’ll go the Saturday October 14th show at 2pm along with South Bay First Thursdays (this is our first joint event). Afterwards, we may meet up for some kind of beverage. This event is in lieu of October’s monthly dinner discussion event.
